Team Training (3-4 days/week)
$135/month
This is the standard. You love weightlifting. It’s the coolest sport around. Also, you probably want to compete. Either in meets or just with yourself to see how far you can get with weightlifting. With this option you receive customized programming, coaching instruction, and we set short-term and long-term goals.
Youth Training (3 days/week
$100/month
We foster and promote a Youth Development Program with the purpose of promoting weightlifting as a safe, healthy and fun fitness activity, and to offer youth-age athletes, 8 years of age and up, the opportunity to qualify for and participate in national and international weightlifting competitions.
Barbell Basics
$80/month
Barbell Basics Program. The next program will take place starting September, 3 at 5:30pm
